Understanding RDL’s Tiered Pricing Structure

We are very excited to be able to provide a tiered pricing structure for our clients, this means that you can satisfy all your patients needs with one laboratory. Listed below is a breakdown of the 3 different services and benefits that accompany each structure. We highly recommend Premium on anterior cases in order to achieve the desired outcome and esthetics. Selecting economy or standard but requesting that the restoration be as esthetic as possible is not an ideal scenario.

Premium Cases* Best Option for Anterior Cases (Can be Rushed) Turnaround Time—10 Days for PFM, Lay-ered Zirconia or Layered Emax

• In-House Fabrication by an RDL Technician/Master Ceramist
• Technicians are able to utilize multi-layering techniques that replicate natural dentition
• Customized contouring and anatomizing
• All Ceramic and Zirconia cases are fabricated with a facial cutback micro layered with porcelain and a stain and glaze finish
• Highly recommended for anterior cases and for cases where “make as esthetic as possible” is indicated on the rx.
• Full RDL warranty/guarantee
• Complimentary in-office stain and glaze

Standard Cases* (Can be Rushed) Turnaround Time 5 Days All Ceramic (multiple units may require additional time—10 Days for PFM or Layered Zirconia

• Fabricated by trained quality technicians at RDL and/or Domestic/International Partners (copings/abutments etc.)
• All Ceramic and Zirconia cases are fabricated using multilayered material with a stain and glaze finish
• Standard anatomy and contouring
• Full RDL warranty/guarantee
• Full QC by team leads and comprehensive QC
• Complimentary in-office stain and glaze

Economy Cases* (Not Able to be Rushed) Turnaround Time 5 Days All Ceramic (multiple units may require additional time—10 Days for PFM or Layered Zirconia

• All Ceramic and Zirconia cases are fabricated in house— Monolithic/monochromatic polished finish (no layering)
• PFM’s and Layered Zirconia are outsourced with full QC by RDL technicians
• Full RDL warranty/guarantee
• Complimentary remakes (see remake policy guidelines)
• Ideal for posterior restorations
• Outsourcing partner using FDA Certified materials; they are ISO Certified; DAMAS Certified; Identalloy Certification for all metals used
• Reliable has a 15 year relationship with our International outsourcing resource
• Not eligible for complimentary stain and glaze at chairside

*Selecting different case options for the same case is not accepted. For example, if you are restoring the entire arch and request that the anterior restorations are premium and posteriors are economy we will contact you to pick one or the other.
